WebThe Virtue Matrix is composed of four quadrants. The bottom two make up the foundation of the matrix, the top two its frontier. The lower two quadrants are what I call the civil foundation.Akin to the common law of responsible corporate behavior, the civil foundation is an accumulation of customs, norms, laws and regulations.
