It's extremely difficult to hold the mouse steady enough to click when the headtracking keeps moving it around. I really don't want head tracking to do anything with the cursor. NettetIn the end, the best solution at the moment is to deselect "use mouse" in DCS menu so that the mouse cursor is pointed by the headset, then I mapped one button (switch up on my throttle) to left click and switch down for right click. So I look where I want to click.
