Web30 apr. 2024 · I believe I have identified the problem. The Dell universal receiver has very short range, about three feet. I previously had it plugged into a USB port at the back of my PC. I have moved it to a front USB port (closer to keyboard and mouse) and I have not experienced any mouse skipping or keyboard freezing since making this change. WebThe reason why the problem occur is because of the heat temp. from the hardware of your computer causing it to malfunction the components and also there is something wrong with your USB driver, so you better update it. Doubt there is one reason that happens, doubt its the same problem. #8.
