I actually had done a few of the workouts before I decided to officially follow the plan. Now it's easier for me to pick it up and work out because I don't have to think about what video to do next! WebI did the 12 week one and she is the first person that motivated me to exercise. I loove the dynamic moves, hiits, and tabata made cardio a lot easier and fun.
