Other CCGs (notably Mythgard for me) allow you to hold imported decks with cards you don’t have, and just won’t let you play the deck til complete. But at least the list is there to make building it easier when allocating resources.

Several times, after I have exported a deck, written a fairly lengthy guide (sometimes a couple of hours effort), when I try to publish the deck, it does not become public. Just in case someone else is on the same boat, you need to be in the deck builder view and then right click on the deck to see the options (one of which is to share the deck).
