WebNo, JTDX doesn't have any kind of multi-transmit at all. It supports being on the "hound" (chasing, single-signal) side of the official DXpedition mode, but not the "fox" (DX, multi-signal) side. MSHV does have multi-transmit, but it's the opposite of what you said — it replies to multiple calling stations at once.
